Licensed Clinical Social Worker, CA License #132989
Helping women get out of survival mode, start healing and living their life.
Based in Sacramento, CA and offering telehealth across California. I work with women healing from heartbreak, relationship loss, infidelity/betrayal, divorce or anyone ready to stop repeating the same relationship patterns and start building the life and relationships they want.
A Little About Me
More Than a Therapist, I am a Partner in Your Healing and Rebuilding.
I know first hand the challenges that come with finding yourself after the loss of a relationship. It can shake your confidence, at times even your self-worth. Change the way you see yourself. Bring up old attachment wounds. Leave you replaying conversations, wondering what you missed, or questioning whether you’ll ever feel like yourself again. And sometimes, the hardest part is that everyone around you seems to expect you to move on long before your heart has caught up. My personal and professional experiences have shaped my perspective on healing and rebuilding after the loss of a relationship.
I believe therapy is most effective when it fosters emotional safety, honest conversations and even a little laughter. My client’s often tell me they appreciate my warm and open approach. I believe in creating a safe space for my clients to cry, grieve, express anger, and also laugh, because they are all essential in the road to healing, and there is no “right way” to heal.
I offer an inclusive, culturally sensitive environment where you can feel safe to fall apart, be pieced back together and apply practical coping skills in your healing journey. I also offer a place to try on new ways to implement boundaries, and practical ways to move forward in a healthy way.
My Approach
A Safe Place to Fall Apart and Be Pieced back together, Delivered with Heart
I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and stays silent. I will challenge you to dig deep and feel, because we need to feel no matter how painful in order to move forward after a heartbreak.
You’re here because you want a safe place to fall apart, express the anger and pain from either your breakup, divorce, or betrayal/infidelity. Together we apply practical tools using therapy techniques to start rewriting your narrative, healing and get you to a place you can start living a life with joy and connection. I won’t let you stay stuck in grief, together we will move forward.
My approach is client-centered and integrates evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Breakup therapy is therapy focused on helping you process and heal from the emotional impact of a breakup, divorce, betrayal, or relationship loss. It can help you work through grief, attachment, identity, self-worth, relationship patterns, and the challenges of moving forward.
-
You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you’re struggling to move forward, constantly thinking about your ex, questioning yourself, experiencing intense emotions, or feeling disconnected from who you were before the relationship, therapy can provide support and perspective.
-
Yes. Divorce can involve many of the same emotional experiences as a breakup while also bringing additional grief, identity changes, and life transitions. Therapy can provide a space to process the loss and begin rebuilding.
