I help women heal & start rebuilding the life they want. We slow things down by sitting together in the grief and pain of an ended relationship. Together, we begin the healing process so that you can begin to dream again, obtain the relationship and life you deserve. About Me

Hi, I am Adriana Fruechtl, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#132989) based in Sacramento, CA. Not only do I bring several years of clinical and crisis intervention experience, but a deep understanding of the complexities of loss during a breakup, as well as the healing process and re-creating a new path and identity. I am passionate about helping women see their value and re-building a new narrative that leaves client’s feeling empowered and excited for their new chapter.

During sessions I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and narrative therapy to help clients reframe harmful narratives, begin healing and start living their lives to the fullest.

I help identify patterns such as, but not limited to co-dependency, attachment styles, boundaries, shame or guilt, communication styles, and how you show up in relationships.

  • Extended therapy session is 90 minutes, designed for those who want to go deeper without feeling rushed, which can be very beneficial when processing breakups. Extended sessions allow more time for processing, emotional release and support.
